After breakfast, we drive to Tangail, a name synonymous with fine cotton sarees. Our first stop is Pathrail, a famous weaving village. Walk through the lanes where almost every house has a loom clicking away. Watch artisans create the intricate Jacquard designs of the "Tangail Saree." We also visit the Mohera Zamindar Bari, a stunning colonial palace complex, for a dose of architectural heritage. Overnight stay in Tangail or near the Jamuna Bridge.

Day 3: Sirajganj Weaving Hub

We cross the mighty Jamuna Multipurpose Bridge (6th longest in South Asia) to Sirajganj. We visit Belkuchi and Shahjadpur, the beating heart of the Tant industry. Step into large-scale handloom factories where colorful yarn dries in the sun. Visit the Rabindra Kachharibari (Nobel Laureate Tagore's country house) to connect literature with the landscape. You will have ample opportunity to buy textiles at wholesale prices before we return to Dhaka in the evening.
